Use cases
What your teams ask it
Eight examples. There are as many as there are matters, methods and processes.
Get up to speed on a matter
“I am seeing Vernet at 2 pm. Where do we stand?”
Latest exhibit, latest email, latest meeting, next deadline: a sourced update.
Find a precedent
“Have we negotiated this clause before?”
The contracts that carry it, the position defended, the argument that won the day.
Rethink your inbox
“What is waiting for a reply from me?”
Your emails sorted by matter, overdue follow-ups, a draft reply that cites the right exhibit.
Put an agent in your diary
“What is coming up this week?”
Hearings, deadlines and meetings linked to their matter. You approve, it keeps things up to date.
Review a contract your way
“Review this supplier contract using our method.”
The departures from your positions, then the rewritten contract, with a comment on each amended clause.
Draft in the firm's format
“Prepare the note for Thursday's committee.”
The answer in the first line, three options, one recommendation.
Audit a data room
“What do these 48 contracts say about change of control?”
A grid: one contract per row, each answer with its clause, risks flagged.
Have your application built
“What if the tool followed our process exactly?”
Our LegalOps build it with you, connected to your data and your methods.
And also, every day

And you, what will you use it for?
Let's talk about your casesSecurity
You are right not to go in blind
Professional secrecy, client data, liability: your reservations are legitimate. Here are our commitments.
Security by design
The platform is designed from the outset to hold every level of security.
- Access to data
- Access to resources
- Exposure
Security experts
The architecture is designed and reviewed by security specialists.
A penetration test every year
Our infrastructure is put through a penetration test every year.
Hosted in France.
On our secure servers, or in your own infrastructure.
Pseudonymisation.
Before anything is sent to a model, every person, company or place becomes a code. The real names are encrypted separately, with a key unique to your firm.
Traced re-identification.
Real names are restored in the Datahub only, for authorised people, with a record of every re-identification.
Your access rights.
Everyone sees only what they are entitled to, and you control the scope: a matter, a team, a type of document.
What it changes
Your data stays under your control.
You know where your asset is, and you can show it to any client who asks.
You change AI without starting again.
The work is done on your data and your methods, not inside a tool.
Your AI becomes a legal specialist.
It knows your matters and applies your methods: it is the AI that takes on your way of working.
Work fit to sign.
Every answer can be traced back to the source document, and you approve at every step.
Frequently asked questions
Can a lawyer use ChatGPT or Claude on client matters without breaching professional secrecy?
It is possible, provided the AI does not receive the data in clear text. With Hubaria, the AI consults your matters through the Datahub: the names of people, companies and places are replaced by codes before anything is sent to a model. The real names are restored only in the Datahub, for authorised people.
What is a legal datahub?
It is the layer that connects the sources of a law firm or in-house legal team (DMS, emails, meetings, diaries) to its AI. It gathers those sources, matches them by matter, applies access rights and pseudonymisation, then serves them to the AI. Hubaria tech is a legal datahub.
How do you stop the AI inventing a clause or citing the wrong document?
Every answer cites its source (the article, the page, the minute) and can be checked. When nothing matches, the AI answers “not found” instead of offering a plausible document. For an exhaustive search, it reports on its coverage: 38 contracts examined out of 38.
Where is the data hosted, and who can access it?
In France, on our secure servers or in your own infrastructure. The real names are encrypted separately, with a key unique to your firm, and are restored only for authorised people.
What is the difference between a skill and a prompt?
A prompt is a one-off instruction. A skill is a method written with the expert: steps, checkpoints, sources to consult, format for deliverables, cases where the AI must stop. The whole team uses it, from one AI to the next.
Can Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot be connected to a law firm's DMS?
Yes. Hubaria exposes your data through an MCP connector, the standard by which an AI consults a source. Any tool that supports the MCP protocol can plug into it, including Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot. Your documents stay in your DMS: nothing is migrated.
Can a team member reach, through the AI, a matter that is not open to them?
No. The Datahub applies your access rights: through the AI, everyone sees only what they are entitled to. You control the scope by matter, by team or by type of document.
What is the difference between pseudonymisation and anonymisation?
Anonymisation is irreversible. Pseudonymisation replaces names with codes and allows them to be restored under control: that is what Hubaria does. Under the GDPR, pseudonymised data remains personal data; it is a safeguard, not an exemption.
What is the difference between Hubaria and Harvey, Legora, Ordalie or Copilot?
Those are AIs, general-purpose or legal. Hubaria is the layer of data and know-how underneath: it prepares your matters and your methods, and makes them available to the AI providers that support the MCP protocol.
What does the AI provider see when I query my matters?
Only the pseudonymised extracts needed for the answer. It does not receive the real names.
A platform does not deploy itself
Auditing your data, integrating the platform, capturing your methods, training your teams: that is the job of hubaria | deploy.
